Are you my new Creative VA?
This list is most definitely not exhaustive, but it will give you an idea of the kinds of things you might be asked to do or get involved in. As you can see, it is fairly varied, and of course I don’t expect you to be able to do everything to start with. I appreciate there may be some training involved for some areas, but you may also be a bit of an expert in others. I’d love to know where your strengths and weaknesses lie so I can build a team and allocate tasks accordingly.
Create and schedule posts.
Create, update and manage content planner.
Come up with content ideas.
Source images/videos and create posts using Canva (or similar).
Encourage engagement/moderate comments in Facebook groups, posts and ads.
Promote group and page in other groups across Facebook.
Publish blog posts.
Make on-page text edits.
Send on-boarding docs, invoice and agreement to new clients.
Request assets such as images, branding details, URLs and request admin access to tools/platforms.
Update clients with campaign reports.
Trim and send Loom videos.
Make changes to client Leadpages and/or web pages.
Edit automations, campaigns and audiences in client Mailchimp accounts.
Get print quotes/order printing.
Set up/schedule meetings in Zoom.
Compile and send monthly newsletters.
Come up with content ideas.
Research client/audience stories to feature, as well as other content.
Bonus if you can help with any/all of these tasks:
Help clients get set up in Business Manager.
Perform target market research.
Compile a list of targeting audiences and competitors.
Research if any warm audiences are available and create custom audiences.
Problem-solver or figure-it-outer.
Good understanding of Facebook (and preferably Instagram).
High attention to detail, proofreading, writing and editing skills for accuracy.
Ability to work remotely, efficiently and in a timely-manner.
Quick to respond to or acknowledge emails/messages (a skill I promise to practice too!).
Ideally at least 2 years of online marketing/admin experience.
Knowledge of any/all of the following: webinars, launches, funnels.
Have an eye for design/be creative.
Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, LeadPages, Ads Manager, Voxer, Asana, Zoom, Loom.
